Sourcing the Finest Olive Oils from Southern Spain

Andalusia—particularly Córdoba and Jaén—is globally recognised for its prestigious olive oil heritage and protected denominations of origin.

However, in recent years, it is in  a vilage from Ciudad Real  where a unique combination of  volcanic soil, innovation, craftsmanship, and dedication has led to the production of some of the most awarded extra virgin olive oils in the world over the last 9 years.

About Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cold-extracted to preserve all its natural properties, this is a high-quality extra virgin olive oil with very low acidity (0.16–0.22).

It offers fresh green notes with a light grassy aroma and a gently bitter finish, making it ideal for salads, breakfast tostadas, cold dishes, and everyday cooking.

Available in both filtered and unfiltered varieties, it is rich in antioxidants and healthy fatty acids, and supported by recognised certifications for quality, health, and origin.

Sourced from Excellence

We collaborate both with highly regarded local producers from the Córdoba–Jaén area and with a prestigious family-run company based in Ciudad Real. internationally recognised.

Their commitment to quality and consistency has positioned them among the most respected olive oil producers worldwide.

Traditional Olives in Brine

We also offer three distinct varieties of olives in brine, available in different sizes, prepared following traditional family recipes.

These olives come from a small village in the heart of Andalusia, where a local producer continues to craft them with the same care and methods passed down through generations—preserving authentic flavours and a true taste of the region

I am interested in buying your Extra Virgin Oil. I used to live in Aquadulce close to Cordoba. Memories of the smells coming from the local companies pressing the olives was unforgettable.
